For long-term rent, a 2BR+DB apartment with a balcony, in the center of Donja Vežica, on the second floor of a five-story building. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. There is a security door at the entrance to the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with Gorenje electrical appliances, oven, hob and hood, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. It is also equipped with a set of dishes, plates, glasses and cups, as well as utensils for eating and serving.
The living room has a large corner sofa and a Samsung smart TV. This room leads to the balcony.
In bedroom 1 there is a double bed, a large wardrobe (200x236x67cm), a corner for rest with an armchair and a Samsung smart TV. There is a high-quality mattress on the bed, and two sets of bed covers are provided, as well as bedspreads for all seasons.
In bedroom 2 there are 2 single beds, a large wardrobe (150x236x67cm), a desk, an armchair and an additional wardrobe with open shelves. There are high-quality mattresses on the beds, and two sets of bed covers are provided, as well as bedspreads for all seasons.
Both rooms have lacquered oak parquet, and all the equipment is anti-allergic.
