We are offering for sale a seaside apartment of 5+kk and area of 158 m2, with two terraces 260 m2 and rooftop pool, in the village of Kožino, Zadar County, Croatia.

In two new buildings next to each other there are a total of 6 apartments surrounded by pine trees on two sides and an olive grove on the third side.
