Das Grundstück verfügt über die gesamte notwendige Infrastruktur, Strom und Wasser, und der Eigentümer hat auch einen Kunststoff-Biotank installiert. Eine Zufahrtsstraße führt zum Grundstück, das mit dem Auto erreichbar ist.
